Procaffe was established in 1998 originally trading under the
name of Zest Café Espresso.
In January 2000 the company name changed to Procaffe Australasia
Pty.Ltd.
The change of name represented the direction and focus of the company which still remains the same today; to be a specialist provider of coffee machines, coffee and related products specifically for the workplace!
In 2000, Procaffe also became the Australasian agent for the Bristot 1919 Premium Italian Coffee brand which is produced in Belluno, Northern Italy, utilizing state of the art equipment in one of the most modern technologically advanced European research, development and roasting plants that is one of the few to be ISO accredited. Through this appointment, Procaffe gained access to 90 years of experience in the Italian coffee industry which combined with 25 years of experience in the local Australian coffee industry enabled the company to stand in the marketplace as an experienced and truly professional supplier.
In 2004 Procaffe commenced importing and distributing its own line of coffee brewing equipment which is manufactured in Bologna Italy exclusively for Procaffe. This enabled the company to work in conjunction with the Italian manufacturer on the design of the equipment to truly deliver a coffee machine for the Australian market.
In 2008 Procaffe launched its own Fair Trade and Organic Coffee brand and the ‘Botanica’ brand was introduced as a result of the high corporate demand. The introduction of the ‘Botanica’ brand remains in-line with the company’s on-going commitment to being a specialist corporate supplier.
Through Procaffe’s extensive experience and market supplier network that has been established and grown over the past decade, the company is able to provide all and any solutions to clients with the supply and delivery of any particular equipment or coffee product requirement a client may have.
Procaffe consistently strives, with its commitment and passion, towards achieving further excellence in the products and services offered to its clients and will continue to grow by providing quality products and services to the Australian market which Procaffe sees as a developing market with sophisticated demands.
